A tragedy occurred at the facilities of the National Fair of San Luis Potosí when a woman fell from the top of the Ferris wheel .
What is known about this is that Red Cross paramedics , assigned to the fair, arrived at the scene to assist her, but unfortunately, upon assessing her, they confirmed that she had no vital signs.
Some of the attendees were also treated by paramedics due to the shock of the incident .
The incident occurred at around 5 p.m. on Wednesday and the most common version that has been collected from people who were present at the scene is that when the woman tried to get out of the basket, the mechanical game started, leaving the woman barely holding on by her hands, and seconds later it fell from a considerable height .
