At that time, Mr. Tran Hai Trung (born 1982) residing in Gio Linh district, Quang Tri was driving a container truck with registration number 43C-10474 circulating in the direction of Lao Bao - Dong Ha.
When arriving in the area of Tan Hop commune, Huong Hoa, there was a collision with an unlicensed motorbike driven by Ho Van Nhuoi carrying Ho Van Chi (both residing in Savankhet, Laos).
The collision left two people on the motorbike seriously injured and the motorbike was deformed. The victim was quickly taken to the emergency room.
Immediately afterwards, the authorities arrived to regulate traffic and investigate the cause of the accident.
