"The man was like they were following him. Once he stopped when the traffic light was red, they shot him. They tried to help him but, no matter what, he was dead ”.
Members of the National Police arrived at the site and cordoned off the place. Moments later scenes of pain were experienced when two women arrived who recognized the body. They would be his wife and daughter of the deceased today. He is waiting for the report from the Cartagena Metropolitan Police.
