A Hawaii Democratic congressional candidate Kirill Basin (40) was knocked out cold at Keawakapu Beach in Maui after he threatened a man with a knife during an argument over loud music.
He was caught on camera in his underwear, shouting and threatening people relaxing at Keawakapu Beach in South Kihei after a 61-year-old man told him to turn his music down.
He tried fighting but was immediately knocked out.
