Actually, Shivam Gupta, a resident of Palia Kotwali area, is a taxi driver. He drives a taxi on Gaurifanta Marg. Shivam alleges that the Kotwal of Palia, Pulkit Sahni and Wrinkle Gupta are harassing him continuously. 2500 per month is collected from him for driving a taxi. He also has to pay the installment of the car. In such a situation, he is not able to even cover the cost of the car. Tired of daily harassment, he reached Palia police station with petrol on Wednesday night.
