Ok so I originally thought that his face was destroyed in some kind of catastrophic accident/ injury where it obliterated his face... I've seen that happen in videos, I'd rather die in those instances....
But this isn't that, I think. It's probably another case of myiasis where maggots just consume the living tissue due to infestation of fly larvae. This is literally fucking disgusting. Either he had an existing injury but never took care of it or something worse happened and he lost his face.
