A man was arrested after video posted to social media showed him stabbing a dog in Ecuador.
Footage of the incident shows a shirtless man repeatedly stabbing a dog inside a room in the city of Guayaquil, while saying “This is how I’m going to kill you”.
Police were made aware of the incident after video of the heinous crime quickly went viral online before it was taken down.
Local authorities rushed to the scene in the footage where they arrested a man in connection with the stabbing.
Wether the animal survived the attack is unknown.
