Which is wrong. Islam supports and promotes killing non believers. Convert or die is the famous quote of terrorists. It says always muster all weapons and kill them wherever u find them.

Good being good and evil being evil. Which is universal morality concept doesn't exist in abrahmic religions. U have to worship some entity as god and thats the only criteria to impress that entity. It requires worship. It judges people based on their belief and not deeds. The concept of pure unbiased morality (dharma) exists in Dharmic religions/philosophies like Hinduism,Buddhism, Sikhism, Jainsim. Where God/Gods judge us based on our deeds alone. So u can be an athiest and it doesn't matter untill u do good deeds. Morality here is believed to be naturally born in humans and not learnt by any book which is true.

1) If those verses which tell muslims to kill non muslims were only applicable for 7th century arabia, then that makes quran a timebound history book. Not a holy book of instructions fit for all times all places for muslims to follow.

2) And ur wrong. The only war Mohammed fought that wasn't offensive is Al-Ahzab. The offensive war in the time of prophet can be categorised to two types.

Ghazawat {الغزوات} are all the wars in which the Prophet personally participated.

Al-Sariyah { السَرِيَّة} (secret expedition) is a war in which the Prophet did not personally participate. But he sent special military unit tasked with attacking tribes or trade caravans.

Banu qurayza, tabuk, badr and the mecca and several other night raids and wars sent by muhammad were night raids when the non muslim tribes were literally sleeping. Most of the wars were offensive.
