this kind of punishment system needs to happen in EU, UK and USA aswell. look at those riots in UK right now, police lets those ape brained retards do whatever they want. they are not even afraid, but now imagine if THIS is the kind of punishment that you'd get for bouncing around on street like a retard, burning down police stations and other people's property!
nobody would dare riot if this is the punishment you'd get. also think how much time and money it would save, no need to send them to prison and then feed them with tax payers money, carry out a single brutal punishment and it's solved! that person won't dare do it again. it's guaranteed!
