In Uttar Pradesh's Amroha district, a disturbing incident unfolded in the Hasanpur Nagar police station area, where an elderly shopkeeper was brutally beaten with slippers by a woman. The video of this incident surfaced on the internet on July 23. The shopkeeper is accused of attempting to harass a young girl. Instead of informing the police, the woman took the law into her own hands and assaulted the elderly man. After the video of the incident went viral, the UP Police directed the Amroha Police to investigate and take necessary action.
