A teenage girl was stabbed multiples times by a fellow teenager and classmate after refusing his sexual advances in India.
The stabbing took place shortly before 3:30pm Sunday in Gopalganj, according to local news outlets.
Reports say the teen suspect had a history of harassing the 8th grade student at school prior to the attack Sunday.
Video of the incident shows the young victim returning home from a study session with friends when her attacker stabbed her at least 8 times in the face and body, sources said.
She was taken to a local hospital in critical condition.
The suspect was taken into custody where his fate remains unknown at this time.
