Jorge Ismael del Rosario Almonte, 24 years old, was surprised by two hooded men who were traveling on a motorcycle, while he was using his cell phone, and was hit by several bullets, leaving at least four people who were there unharmed. around it.

The clock showed 3:25 in the afternoon, when the incident occurred, supposedly identifying a man, who several seconds later was killed by unknown persons aboard a motorcycle.

The National Police has not yet identified the perpetrators, and reported that it is working to find the whereabouts of both.

The area was surrounded by a high police force, who detained several people for investigation purposes.
