A man died and had his head cut off in an accident that happened this Saturday morning (4) on Rota do Mar, in the Benedito Bentes neighborhood, in Maceió.
According to the communications department of the Instituto Médico Legal, José Cláudio Félix da Silva, aged 42, was the man driving the motorcycle. His head was found about 20 meters from where the body was.
There is still no information about how the accident happened, but people who were at the scene of the accident reported that José Cláudio was at a party and that he left the celebration riding the motorcycle.
The motorcycle he used was a Honda CG, black, with license plate NMJ-5039. In a video recorded by a woman at the scene of the accident, what draws attention is that the motorcycle does not show any damage correlating with the severity of the accident.
José Cláudio's body was taken to the Legal Medical Institute for examination.
