In china they target children primary, and frequently. In short, this is one of the many cases called revenge against society. This guy, who freaked out seemingly randomly is just one of the countless end results caused by the corrupt and criminal goverment, the lobbies and their system.

Life in china sucks, and is merciless for the old, weak, sick, retarded and poor. They spawn mentally ill people like crazy, thanks to how the system gives a fuck about the majority of its people. When these victims of their own state freak out, they prefer to pick easy targets.
