Russians are an ethnic group rather than a race, and these aren't the same. In short, race focuses on biological (inborn) traits of people, while ethnicity reflects their cultural characteristics.
For instance, if you take a Russian baby and raise it in Africa in a local tribe, its race would remain the same (Caucasian), but this person wouldn't be Russian.

Well I do a lot of hunting and have cut heads off of bears moose and of course deer. And i agree that bones are impossible to cut with a regular blade. But there are discs made of cartilage in between them that you can easily slice through if you know where to aim. Besides they looked like they were struggling from the start lol

oh, ok, sorry for assuming. but however, i feel like it wouldn't be so easy cutting a head anyways, maybe the problem was that the skin of the neck is kinda soft and elastic, making it hard to cut thru as it moves along the blade rather than staying still and open... or maybe they were just retarded, we wil never know lol
