Man is shot dead inside his home after criminals invade
A 52-year-old man was killed with a gunshot to the chest inside a house in Itanhaém , on the coast of São Paulo. The victim and a friend were at the barbecue when two criminals jumped over the wall of the property to rob. The man who appears in a red cap, in the images obtained by g1 , this Saturday (16), was shot as he approached the kitchen, where his wife and a colleague were.
The victim was socializing with his wife and a couple of friends, all from São Paulo, when the bandits invaded the vacation property. One of them had a gun and the other was holding a knife. They stole a cell phone.
In the images, it is possible to see the criminal with the knife threatening the man and preventing him from advancing to the kitchen, where his wife and his friend's wife were. According to the São Paulo Public Security Secretariat (SSP-SP), the victim heard shouting in the room and went to the area with a barbecue knife, despite the threats.

The armed accomplice, who was in the kitchen, came out pointing the revolver at the victim, who was holding a knife. The criminal shot the man in the chest and then the pair fled.
The Mobile Emergency Care Service (Samu) was called and confirmed the man's death at the scene. The expertise was called and tests were requested from the Legal Medical Institute (IML).
The case was registered last Friday night (15) as a robbery at the Itanhaém Sectional Police Station. Efforts are underway to identify and arrest those involved.
