Attention span? I see you're an alumni of TikTok University with a degree from them and maybe you first attended YouTube Shorts University? Thank God I grew up in the late 80s until now and don't need the urge of instant gratification and as well as having the ability to have more than a 3 to 5 minute attention span with the ability to research things to see if they're BS or not. I think YouTube shorts and TikTok was made for people with a ADHD disorder because they were literally made for people with short attention span. There's also online self help groups to help you. Hope you can look into one to help your attention span and your urges to hurry and post something instantly.
