He probably is a sex pest though. But some countries do, including China, no matter their status. In the District of Columbia, Maine and Vermont, felons never lose their right to vote, even while they are incarcerated. UK prisoners can't vote. It's a crazy world.

Well, to be honest, I think most shithead felons don't even care about voting. In my experience as someone who did a lot of fucked up shit, got locked up and ran with fuck ups, nobody I knew wanted to even register to vote.

I think 11 states don't allow it, but others can because of pre-trials, local jails. Most ppl don't know they can, or prisoner officers lack knowledge in law and rights. I visited prison myself for "planning a murder," and would have voted to get out of my 22 hour a day solitary confinement out of boredom and created a plan. Voting can get people out of prison like legalizing cannabis, tons were released for the absurdity of it all. If prisoners want to be lazy, fuck them. Lmao.
