The wounded victims are:
1. 40-year-old Joel Warner of San Juan (gunshot wounds to buttocks and right knee)
2. 59-year-old Earl Branch of San Juan (gunshot wounds to back and left knee); and
3. Petra Manette of San Juan (gunshot wounds to back and right knee).
Around 8:55am on Tuesday 11th July 2023, Raynold Victor was standing at the corner of 2nd Street and Saddle Road in San Juan when a Toyota Yaris motor car pulled up and four men alighted armed with firearms.
They fired seveal shots at Victor before re-entering their car which sped off, east along 2nd Street.
A total of 15 spent 7.62mm casings were recovered at the scene.
