Three individuals aboard a pasola severed the left hand of a student of approximately 13 years old this Wednesday afternoon in front of the José Joaquín Pérez High School, in San Pedro de Macorís.
According to reports, the individuals showed up at the study center at the time of departure, said a few words to the teenager and one of them hit him with a machete. They then walked out laughing, showing off the bloody machete and telling the victim to go get a flip-flop.
At the moment the identity of those who committed the act is unknown.
While the student was helped by some fellow students.
In a video circulating on social networks, the severed hand can be seen on the pavement, while the young man held what was left of his bloody arm.
Some fellow students helped him as they could, putting a coat on him.
