First off, that's not ironic, it's sarcastic. Because blacks are not noted for their intellectual capacity and it's clearly illustrated here.

I don't know if those guys are actually learning and didn't take it for this reason.  But automatic teller machines have GPS tags.  Or if you've every heard of air-tags, it's sort of like that but they don't use Bluetooth so there's no dead zones basically.  If you steal an ATM today there's a good chance the cops will be at the location where you took it.  I sort of doubt they track them down in real time.  They probably just show up a day later.  So they should've took it and went somewhere hidden to bust the thing open and then just left it there.  But the cops can easily track them in real time if they're prepared for such a thing.  It depends on the city and how much crime I'm guessing.  You can buy air-tags for cheap and hide them inside stuff so if you loose it or it's stolen, you can bring the location up on your phone or computer to see where they are.  A lot of people put them in backpacks, laptops, gun cases, or whatever.  They're small, thin, cheap, have batteries that last over one year, and they're effective a good amount of the time.  They're very common these days.  They use Bluetooth to communicate with any Apple devices it comes within thirty yards of.  So if there are no Apple devices around them, they won't help you.  There are Android ones too but I forget the name of them.  They do the same thing.  You can buy one for twenty-five to thirty-five dollars.  There's no monthly fees or anything.
