Jakarta -The motorcyclist suffered a fatal accident at a railroad crossing in Sawah Besar, Central Jakarta. The motorbike died on the spot after being hit by a commuter line train (KRL) heading for Kampung Bandan towards Cikarang.
"One person died, a motorbike rider with number B-6694-TUJ, initials AG (60)," said North Jakarta Metro Police Head of Traffic Unit Kompol Purwanta in his statement, Monday (5/12/2022).
The incident is known to have occurred at 14.00 WIB, to be precise on Jalan Mangga Dua Raya, Sawah Besar, Central Jakarta. Purwanta explained that this accident started when the victim AG broke through the rail of a train crossing.
