The commander of the Metropolitan Police, Colonel Jorge Urquijo, confirmed that the woman who was attacked by her sentimental partner during a conciliation hearing at the House of Justice in the La Paz neighborhood has recovered.
The high official rejected this case and insisted that despite the seriousness of the injuries, the victim is recovering.
On the other hand, the commander of the Metropolitan Police attributed the shooting attack last night in the Ciudadela Caribe Real urbanization to a settling of scores, which left two people dead and two injured.
He specified that one of the people, a Venezuelan national, died at the scene, while a second died while being treated by medical personnel.
Colonel Urquijo also said that the authorities intensified the fight against extortion and that continuous operations are carried out from prisons to counteract this crime.
"The call is for people not to remain silent and report to the respective authorities," said the Police Commander.
