This is actually a very good instructional video. It's too bad the video is so short and she died. I wish the video started with the first chest compressions because the first thing you will hear is every rib attached to her sternum breaking with the first full compression of her chest. I've done this before; it literally sounds like a bag of bones breaking and it scares the shit out of you. But you have to do it in order to compress the chest.
