Incident happend at India
Uttarkashi, 01 August (H.S.). An artisan working in a sweet shop killed
his own partner by dropping him in the Bhagirathi river.
The police arrested the accused within a few hours. The incident happened last Sunday.

Uttarkashi on Monday gave a complaint to the Kotwali police regarding
the disappearance of Soban Singh Panwar, who worked at his Vishwanath sweet shop.
On this, Kotwali Uttarkashi registered the missing person.
The police team formed under the leadership of Kotwali in-charge
Uttarkashi Mohan Kathait found that the missing Soban Singh Panwar was
killed by his fellow helper Mahadev Nautiyal in the Bhagirathi river
near Kedarghat on Saturday night. The police team took Mahadev
Nautiyal into custody late on Sunday evening in six hours.
During interrogation, he told that while working in the shop,
Soban Singh Panwar used to scold him frequently. He used to torture and used
to run his order on him. Because of this, he was very angry with Soban
Singh Panwar and I was determined to kill him. I had already made a
complete plan to kill Soban Singh in my mind. On Saturday,
he told the shop owner 1500 asked for Rs. Liquor was ordered by contract.
After this I told my maestro Soban Singh that today we have a party,
then both of us sat together and drank alcohol. After the liquor was over,
I said that let's go and drink alcohol and on the pretext I took the maestro to Uttarkashi,
an English liquor contract. There I took another quarter of wine. We both drank that quarter.
After this I took him with me to Kedarghat. I entangled him in talks and Soban
Singh started making videos from his mobile phone. I took Soban Singh near
the railing on the bank of river Kedarghat and taking the opportunity,
I caught Soban Singh Panwar's feet and killed him by falling into the Bhagirathi river.
After that I went to my home from there. I came to the police station
the next day to register the missing person of Soban Singh Panwar
with the sweet shop owner so that no one doubts me.
